Coverage Scope: All authentic TESNA products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing and technical defects — including hardware components, Bluetooth connectivity issues, audio system faults, or external manufacturing flaws.

Misuse & Damage Disclaimer: The warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user under any circumstances. This includes physical drops, cracks, liquid exposure exceeding the certified IP rating, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized maintenance.
